Payments:
A Credit Card may be used for your initial deposit but the balance must be paid by check or money order. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
For Christmas reservations, the balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. All Christmas reservations must have a 10 night minimum. Rates may vary at Christmas. Please call our office for a rate quote.
We will make every effort to reserve the unit you have selected, however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should the unit you have selected become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
Terms:
Check- In time is 3:00 P.M. Check-Out time is 11:00 A.M.
A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
All rates subject to 13.42% Hawaii State Tax. A $200 deposit is due immediately to secure your reservation. Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.
Most of our properties require a 4 night stay to avoid a cleaning fee. However we do have several properties that require a non refundable cleaning fee and a security deposit regardless of the number of nights stayed. Otherwise check out cleaning is included. Maid service is available upon request at an additional charge.
