Celebration in South Maui

It's official! Maui Town Parties are FINALLY coming to South Maui! Hot on the heels of the much acclaimed Wailuku First Friday, Lahaina Second Friday, and Makawao Third Friday events, comes the newest addition to the Maui Town Party line up: Kihei Fourth Friday!

Taking place on at Azeka Shopping Center on Friday, December 28th, the very first Kihei Fourth Friday is sure to be a "must attuned" event. As visitors to the wildly successful Maui Friday Town Parties in other parts of the island can attest to, the Friday Town Party events are always great fun for the entire family; a quality the Kihei Town Party will continue ot perpetuate. So what can you expect at the first Kihei Town Party? A quick preview of the event lineup reveals:

6pm - Hawaiian Blessing and Invocation by Cultural Advisor Kimokeo Kapahulehua opens the event

6pm - After the blessing, festivities begin with live Hula and Martial Arts performances.

7pm & 8pm - Rock out to live performances by The house Shakers featuring Lenny Castellanos followed by Erin Smith and The Throwdowns

Throughout the night, enjoy food from any of the many on site local vendors, discover unique Hawaiian cultural arts and crafts, and participate in Hawaiian lei making and educational activities. And for the kids, enjoy a number of child friendly activities in the Keiki (Youth ) Zone. Of courses there will also be vendors offering up a number of great products and souvenirs to take back with you to your Maui vacation rental in Wailea as well!

So mark your calendars today and come on over to Kihei Fourth Friday, December 28th at Azeka in Kihei town: it's a celebration you surely will not want to miss!
