We wanted to stay away from the resorts and crowds that come along with them. This was the perfect place!! The condo is huge for 2 people and would be very comfortable for a party of 4. You will not get a better view anywhere else!!! If we every make it back to Maui we will most definitely stay here. Chose This One! A guest from Burnaby, BC Stayed 14 days in August, 2011 Having rented Hale Ili Ili #C for two weeks in August, my husband, myself and two kids were very comfortable and happy in this unit and with it's location. It is located just off of S. Kehei road and it is therefore located in a very quiet location. Right on the Charley Young beach, we could walk out off of the property and directly onto the super clean and quiet beach. The grocery store was walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances, including the washer/dryer, were in excellent working condition. The unit was spacious and I love that it is one of a four condo unit. Very private and very quiet. The complex even has it's own private pool that we enjoyed every day. The beds were comfortable and the unit was tidy and very clean. We had a great stay and this is absolutely the place that we will rent again when we return to Maui. Kathy was a fantastic property manager and we had no issues whatsoever. This was a great place to stay Kurt C. from Scottsdale, AZ Stayed 7 days in October, 2010 We loved everything about this condo and would like to return immediately. Kihei is a diamond in the rough on Maui offering an outstanding Hawaiian experience without all the tourist concentration and higher costs. The beaches are the best on the island, and the views from this 2nd story condo are beyond words. The sound of the small waved lapping ont he rocks below made for the best nights sleep in memory. My only suggestion, and it is minor, is that the condo include a bit more stock of consummable paper products. We ran low on napkins, toilet paper, & paper towels and thought there should have been more available as part of the furnished condo. Kathy was responsive to bring us 1 additonal roll of paper, which got us through the amazing week we had there. The only question is how soon can we return. we Loved this place. Great Stay A guest from Coquitlam,, BC Stayed 7 days in July, 2010 We stayed at this property with three adults and a teenager and found plenty of room and were very comfortable. 180 degree views along the South Coast of Maui including a front seat for the sunset every night. The property was clean, a two minute walk through park to the beach, a five minute walk to shops in Kihei, and well situated for most out of the house adventures. The property is well and professionally managed and we had no problems at all with the stay or booking process. The property is one of four units with gated private parking (felt very secure and safe). Some of the units are not rented, so if you are thinking of noisy parties (which we were not) then think somewhere else. All in all, based on our experience and a tour through the guestbook, this is a great choice for a stay in Maui.
