Unit 123 is a completely remodeled unit with tiled floors and new granite countertops. The bathroom is completely new as well. This studio can sleep 2 people. It has high speed internet service.

Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and the ancient Menehune Fish Pond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep from 2-3 people. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use.

Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.

The beach is literally right across the street and the condo had everything we wanted, can't really complain at that price level for a spot on Maui! :)

Had a great stay in Kihei Bay Surf #123. The room was a good size, and there was a pool, spa, BBQ and tennis court on the property.



The condo is centrally located (not too close to the traffic thankfully, and near shops, etc), ideal if you're wanting to travel around to the various beaches on the island -- which is a good idea since the beach nearby pales in comparison to the many outstanding beaches around the Maui (which are pretty amazing). I'd really recommend this one for people wanting to use their place as a launching point around the island, which is very easy to get around on.



The property managers were really approachable and helpful as well.

It was our first time in Hawaii. Stayed in this unit for 12 days. Location is very convinient - close to grocery stores (Longs Drugs, Safeway, Foodland), restaurants and equipment rental places. We are couple, 28 and 30 years old. Not picky. If you like to be served cocktails near swimming pool - maybe you won't like this place, but we just needed clean place to stay, in convinient location, with kitchen (fully equiped, with kitchenware etc.) Beaches right near the place didnt look so great, but we were driving to different beaches every day anyways - to explore - so it wasnt an issue for us.

Great condo and in a great location (in between Wailea and Ka'anapali). Condo was renovated, clean, and had most everything we needed (linens, beach towels, snorkel, kitchenette). Only issues were that the shower water didn't get hot (just warm) and that the Lanai renovation wasn't completed as told it would be. This meant that the sliding door/windows to the lanai was boarded up during our stay. To avoid the unsightliness, we closed the curtains the entire time, which made it feel dark and closed off... no coffee on the lanai as recommended to do.

My wife and I stayed at unit 123 and was pleased with the set up and condition. The condos phone was something less then likable since my cell died the day we got there. It worked but hated it as if you moved your hand on the receiver you cut the call off. Other then that was a good place to stay.
