Waiohuli Beach Hale is a small oceanfront complex located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. This property has a great aloha feeling with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Each unit is steps from the ocean and is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, beaches and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. These one and two bedroom units have full kitchens and can sleep between 2-6. There is also a common laundry room. In addition there is a 60 foot solar heated pool, barbecues and shuffleboard located right next to the ocean.This complex is one of the great finds in Kihei Maui for its affordability and charm. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai.Waiohuli Beach Hale is a Maui property where guests return year after year.

Unit #113 is a ground floor ocean view 2 Bd 2 Bath unit that has been newly remodeled. (July 2010). It has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV/DVD and wireless internet service. There is a new Cal King bed in the bedroom and new twin beds in the guest room. The living room has a sofa bed. It can sleep up to 6.

Remodeling was happening in the condo next door so forget about an afternoon nap. Property manager was not help. Thank goodness this was only the first half of our trip. It was not a pleasant beginning.The kitchen was not well equipped, sheet were terrible. A/C in family room did not work....piping going out to window was put on with duct tape that kept falling off. Find somewhere else to will be the best vacation decision you make!!

Out of pure luck found this jewel in the midst of the internet. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath that was just remodeled in 2010 and enjoyed the remodel, the gorgeous view, amazing property that includes a really nice pool and of course the location. During the day we would head down to the Wailea area for bigger wave beach activities and then head back during the afternoon evening to enjoy the beach at this location that has calm waves coming in from the coast. This is our return location for sure :)

A beautiful unit which had a nice remodel, adding lovely tile and enhancing the master suite. There were some lovely ameneties in the unit such as hand weights, rice cooker, and boogie boards. The reason I marked general quality a 4 instead of 5, was unit could use new bath towels, as well as some nice beach/pool towels. Also a blow dryer and plastic cups to take drinks to the BBQ and Pool would be nice. Other than that, it was just wonderful! Our teenaged kids were happy in the twin beds and I particularly enjoyed the wonderful king bed in the front bedroom, listening to the ocean at night. A fantastic stay and I would definitely book this unit again.

Wold have appreciated some flash lights especially over the Tsunami time, chairs for the beach would have been nice also, they can be washed under the shower before being taken back to the condo.

Only had a few small problems: The fan (and overhead light) didn't work in the guest bedroom; also the nightlight in the guest bathroom wasn't working. We also had trouble getting the bedside light working in the guest room. There was an ironing board but no iron. The screen door was apparently not supposed to work according to the owner who dropped by, because he didn't want people to feel a sense of false security. I would have liked to have it lock. I think it would have added a nice touch, especially when you first arrive. Those were the only problems. I really liked the outside shower to clean sand off when coming back from the beach. Overall it was a very nice condo in a perfect location, and I had a wonderful time.

We were there for 8 nights, and we didn't know until we got there that the linens and towels are not changed at any time during the stay. It would have been very nice to have the towels changed at least once, or even to have that option for a small fee. We are in our 80's and don't get around very well, so it is difficult for us to bring them to the laundry room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.
