Maui Condo Unit 1101 in the Palms at Wailea

This condo is ideally located and has a fantastic view from its lanai. Ample supply of beach toys/towels/seats/etc and terrific space in the condo for our family of 4. My only disappointment was the lack of a functioning internet connection and the inability of the property management company to address that during our one week stay despite a couple of calls to them. But all in all, a terrific condo to enjoy Maui in.

From the moment you walk in the front door and see out the glass doors to the palms and the ocean you know you are home. A wonderful 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities you could ask for. Whether it's enjoying some time on the lanai after lunch with family or a good book while the birds come up to say hi under the bougenvillia or lieing in the very comfortable king size bed looking out at the view. You are relaxed and rejuvenated the whole time. Making meals in the kitchen is fun for the whole family and there is every utensil you could ever need.

Being from Ontario, Canada we go to the Caribeans and for the first two days in Hawaii I didn't see much difference. My opinion changed due to the cleanliness and feel of safety on the whole island of Maui.

Wailea is the most beautiful part of the island in our opinion and we saw most of it. The waves might not be 50 feet high for surfing but they were fun all the same. It was the beaches we loved. A 5 min drive south and you have big beach, very fun, great for walking and not over populated. A 5 min drive along S Kihei road and it's a great beach right across from shops and food places. The best of both worlds. Enjoy your trip wherever you land and be sure to explore the whole island. We will be back and have already passed along Homeaway and The Palms at Wailea website.

We stayed in Maui for 5 nights, and this condo was the best equipped we had yet. The kitchen had really everything you need to cook. There were lots of beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Great place for families - the next beach is beautiful.

Great air conditioned unit. Great outdoor deck for watching the sunset.

We actually booked a hotel first then cancelled and booked this condo - and boy are we glad we did! The location was superb, and the space and amenities were incredible. The view from the lanai was something to wake up to. It was private, quiet, yet close

enough to anything we wanted. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Palms at Wailea #1101 for 16 nights. This unit is absolutely wonderful. The view from the balcony is everything you have ever dreamed of. It’s a big condo with a lot of space. Really clean.

This place was fab! I was able to host people for a breakfast before my son's wedding and two impromptu dinners, too. We all loved the view from the patio and the location was perfect!! We would recommend this place to everybody!

The view from the terrance allows you to enjoy the sunsets and whale watch. Nice condo with lots of room. Good condition with a lot of amenities.

The unit was very clean and has all the amenities necessary for a week stay. We were close to shopping, golf, and entertainment in Kihei and Lahaina. The property managers were very helpful and were able to process any requests promptly. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This condo had a great layout for four people with an amazing view and incredibly clean - even the lanai! It was fully equipped - kitchen appliances & pots/pans, tons of towels, books/puzzles, even coolers & beach chairs! When the wireless internet wasn't working, the manager ensured that it was up & running ASAP. Highly recommend this rental & would return in a heartbeat!

Due to the weather and the airlines, I am sorry to say my time in the lovely condo was quite short. But the time I did spend there was quite relaxing. It was convenient to an awesome beach and the condo itself was beautiful. You could tell that the owners tried very hard to make their guests feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with spices, pots,dishes,etc. There was a grill on the patio for home cooking.

The outside patio was very private with very comfy chairs. Don't think we heard any other guests while we were in the condo and while sitting outside on the patio.

My dtr was able to stay the whole time we had rented the condo and she was very delighted with the accomodations.

I would highly recommend #1101 condo to everyone going to Maui. South Maui is truly beautiful and to stay and in the quiet, lush surroundings where this condo was situated made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Thanks
