This condo is well equipped and exceptionally clean, with a nice view to the ocean. We saw whales breaching from the lanai! One bedroom has two single beds (a queen would be nice) and is separated from the main living area by sliding louvered panels (a wall would be better). Overall, a terrific spot and a good value.

The Palms at Wailea #1105 is a very well-appointed, nicely-remodeled unit. The location was perfect for us; we often go into Kihei but also like the beaches in Makena, and this location is very convenient to both. The condo complex is nice - not as opulent or luxurious as some in Wailea/Makena, but not as expensive either. All in all a good value. The unit itself is a nice layout and has been nicely furnished and appointed. Also, the photos don't do justice to the ocean view. It's a bit better than they make it look. In summary, this unit is an excellent choice for a couple or a small family.

We stayed in unit #1105 at Palms at Wailea from Feb 15 to 25, 2010. It was wonderful. The unit was very well maintained, lovely, and had everything we needed. The living room view of the ocean gave us picture perfect views of gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. The lanai was wonderful with sun and light breezes. The location was perfect. We loved it.

The Palms at Wailea #1105 was remarkable. Has everything you need; and then some. Fabulos location; away from the hustle and bustle; but close enough to beach and stores when you want. Could watch the whales jumping from the lani in the morning and watch the sun set in the evening. Very Relaxing! I Pod station a plus! The decor and amenities were top notch! Communication through Caldwell Ilsand Properties was quick and precise. Thank You
