It is located in the exclusive Wailea Resort. The complex offers two swimming pools, sundecks, spa tubs, restrooms, showers and barbecue grills. It was very clean and had everything we needed, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler etc. It was spacious, quiet and beautiful! We didn't actually use the pull out bed from the couch, but the couch itself wasn't all that comfortable so I don't think the bed would have been either...just something to consider if you have more than 4 staying. Clean, quite, comfortable; Lanai faces trees with birds that sing at dusk but are not too loud! Grounds were well maintained. The complex is a 5 minute walk to the "Shops at Wailea" and the Marriott. Unfortunately, there are no sidewalks between the main road (Wailea Ike Dr) and the complex.
