Rentals Maui Inc. has been in business since 1996 and has specialized in South Maui vacation rental property management since 2001.
Founder and Principal Broker Kathy Englert is a vacation rental owner herself. Her experience began in housekeeping and includes serving on an HOA board, giving her firsthand insight into both caring for a condo and understanding the concerns that come with ownership.
Broker in Charge and General Manager David Englert has helped grow Rentals Maui Inc. over the past 15 years into a team managing more than 320 vacation condos in South Maui.
Today, our team includes four licensed Realtors and 20 staff members experienced in marketing, management, maintenance, and sales.
