Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for the pristine water, long sandy shoreline, great snorkeling and boogie boarding. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Maui Kamaole #A-102 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view unit on the ground floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, Blue-ray/DVD, free WIFI, and telephone. There is a king bed and double sofa bed. Bathroom 1 has a shower/tub combo, and bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. For outdoor activities, #A-102 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, boogie board, snorkel gear, and sand toys. Sleeps 2.

**Important Information: Paradise Ridge Estates is a small development to the north of and adjacent to Maui Kamaole. Construction resumed April 1, 2019 - anticipated to April 14, 2020, updates to follow as available. Based on this unit’s location, we are not anticipating any significant effects.**

**Important Information: Maui Kamaole Exterior Building Painting Project for “A” cluster is projected to begin July 9, 2019 and anticipated to be complete by August 9, 2019. During the entire project guests may hear and see the presence of the painters working nearby and see the staging areas as the contractors come and go. Work may be performed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and if approved on Saturdays.**

This property is well-represented in the photos-the lanai feels private and the view from there is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit was very clean. It is well-located for beach walks in either direction (Kam III or Keawakapu) Maui Kamaole is the place to stay if you like the Wailea area, but don't want to pay the high prices to stay there. Because it is one of the southernmost complexes in Kihei, you cut out Kihei traffic and it is an easy drive to Wailea/Makena and points south. Linda and Cassandra at Rentals Maui were nice, efficient, and helpful. We would book through them again.

The condo is spacious, super clean, and has everything you would want. We liked Ho it was that nice walking distance from beaches, yet not too close. It was super quiet in the adjoining units so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The BBQ pit is right next to the unit so if you like cooking vs dining out all the time, this is a great unit with a big kitchen and close to the shared BBQ area.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. On a final note, the view of the ocean from the lanai is nice. Pictures don’t quite do it justice. Very private!
