Kihei Bay Vista #C-106 is a garden view 1 Bd / 1 Ba first floor unit. It has air conditioning window unit in the living room only, a full kitchen, a California king pillow top bed and a queen sofa bed. TVs with high-definition service and Blu-ray players in both the living room and bedroom. Free calls to the US mainland and Canada, free wireless Internet. Full kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, auto-drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. Kihei Bay Vista #C-106 features cherry wood kitchen cabinets, Corian window sills, and a 15,000 BTU air conditioner (living room only). Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Bay Vista is a wonderful property. It is located in Kihei Maui, just steps from the ocean. It has a pool and hot tub, gas grills for your use as well as an outdoor dining area. This property is one of the great finds for the price in Kihei. All units are 1 bedroom 1 bath so the property has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere about it. Guests come to this property year after year as they have found it a great home away from home. Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Check in by security code was easy. The condo is lovely, had a real 'home' feel to it. We hardly used the inside, instead spending our time on the deck for meals. The condo has everything you need for longer stays, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. It even has deck chairs and a cooler so you can go across the road to the beach and enjoy swimming, sunsets etc. Check out the turtles that are in the lovely 'pool' at low tide. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. We used the bbq/grills every night and these seemed to be popular with other guests.
The whole complex is lovely and quiet and most units seems to have some privacy/shade from the trees that were planted. I am not sure that there are restaurants withing walking distance, but a short drive away in Kihei there are supermarkets and restaurants. This whole coastline is absolutely beautiful.

We had a great time in Maui and this apartment was a great spot to travel the island. The complex was quiet, as the apartment is at the back and we never heard any of the traffic from the roadway. The apartment had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels for the four of us. Took a star off (and only complaint) because the AC unit is at the front and it was hard to get cool air back to the bedroom which gets blasted by the sun; thankfully fans were provided which helped. Overall, for the price this is a great place and the rental company was super easy to work with.

I really enjoyed our say at the Condo. It was a 1 bedroom condo with washer/dryer, kitchen with many cooking tools and some food. It also had beach gear including an umbrella, pull cart, and 4 chairs. The Condo was clean and easy to maintain. It could sleep 4, but 2 would have to sleep on a pull out sofa. The pool was clean. There was one late night party that bothered my sleep that lasted about 45 minutes. The Condo is across the street from the beach. At sunset 4 sea turtles liked coming in and sleeping near the fish pond. We enjoyed eating at Coconuts, a Hawaiian fish restaurant.

Great location. Condo complex is well maintained. Had everything we needed in condo and everything worked. Only issue was the coffee maker only had a reusable coffee filter which made for a pretty messy process having to dump and clean the filter every day. Paper filters would be better and since it all goes into a plastic bag, the intent of using a reusable coffee filter to save money or reduce waste is lost.

I really can't say enough about our stay at Vista C-106. When we arrived after a long 12 hour flight, the condo couldn't have been more cozy and inviting. It was sparkling clean. It was stocked with everything that we needed to get us going. The furniture was clean and comfy. The bed, wow. I fell asleep within 5 minutes every time I laid down. I normally need a very firm mattress. This mattress was a thick pillow top that I melted into, and I felt great every morning. We had no issues with the shower and the water pressure was great. The condo was fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella. It was really nice coming back from the beach or doing whatever every day to a condo that felt so homey.

The condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and filled with the essentials needed when away on vacation. Cooking meals was a breeze with plenty pots, plates and even seasoning in the cupboards. The condo also came equipped with plenty beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers to take with me to the beach. The area it is located in is safe, very quiet and steps away from the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze and we were able to pay for late checkout without any issues. The pool is clean and this unit actually faces it a bit if you’re seated on the patio. The pictures don’t do this unit justice, if I come back to Maui I’ll be staying here again. Mahalo for a great experience during my 6 days on Maui.

Instructions and communication were prompt and clear. The apartment was a nice size with a great patio where we ate dinner and drank rum most nights. The grills were especially a nice feature since the nearby markets had good seafood. The provided supplies were a thoughtful touch that made our stay more relaxing. Right across the street is a beautiful little man made beach lagoon that was a gorgeous place to watch the sun set. It was a short drive into The main part of Kihei and even shorter to great shaved ice. Overall, our favorite of the three places we stayed on this trip to Hawaii. For the price I paid for this condominium I found it to be in excellent condition and the decor was great. The bed is incredibly soft so some people may not like that but I found it very comfortable. I didn’t spend any time out of the pool because I was so busy that week at a conference. I give the room five stars Across the board.
The only issue I had was not being able to figure out how to turn the showerhead on. There is a funky valve for the water comes out of the tub Spicket. You have to turn that counter clockwise I believe to get the water pressure to back up to the showerhead. Absolutely hysterical to think back I took my first shower with a pot from the kitchen. I am so dull......

We spent 2 weeks in Kihea. The condo was very clean and well appointed with kitchen supplies, beach chairs and mats. The property description was accurate. Though we had difficulty to figure out how the shower works, the property manager helped us out. I would advise to leave the directions how to operate the shower for those who might have a similar situation. I really appreciated the gift of coffee from the rental agency. We arrived late and did not have time to go shopping. Your thoughtful gift helped us out to start our next day with a great cup of coffee.
I would definitely recommend this property to a family member or a friend. A great surprise was the presence of turtles on the beach across from the condo. We stayed in January and also saw whales from our beach. We had a wonderful time.

We had a lovely stay in Kihei Bay Vista #c-106. The condo was very convenient for getting around the island and we were quite happy not to be staying in the very touristy areas of south Maui and West Maui. There were some nice restaurants just down the road and a Safeway grocery store to get our daily needs. Thank you for supplying the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. They were very useful for our trips to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. I was worried about the lack of AC in the bedroom, but we kept the door open and it cooled off just fine from the unit in the living room. One tip...keep the curtains closed in the living room during the day to keep the unit cooler. We had a great trip. Mahalo!

We were here for the 3 days for the state age group swim championship and loved the close proximity to the pool and dining. It was a plus having a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer in our unit. Having the closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and everything you could think of was also a plus. The only downside was not having Ac in the bedroom. In the late summer and fall it gets really hot so I would recommend putting an Ac unit in bedroom.

We love staying at Kihei Bay Vista, we have stayed there since 1993, and have always had a great time. The condo 106 we stayed in had a broken umbrella, did not have a coffee bean grinder and the towels were really rough. We did purchase a coffee grinder and umbrella and left them for the next renters.
When I booked this condo, we had a web site price then after I booked it the price doubled, I called and they started they were sorry but the price was correct and the website was wrong. This is very frustrating since it had never happen before.

This was our first experience in renting a condo. It was a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had everything we needed. Even though the appliances were more "modern" than I was used to using, I did figure out how to make them work. And the "junk" drawer in the kitchen saved the day when my husband needed a way to fix his glasses after losing the tiny attachment screws as we were packing to catch our flight home. This was a great location. Close to everything. The complex is well maintained. Our unit was very nice. All the amenities you could need for a vacation. We enjoyed the beach towels and chairs. They also had noodles for playing in the pool. I enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck. If I had to find something negative it would be lack of a teapot. I recommend this unit.

Check in was flawless, everything was as per instructions. The location was as described, very close to the beach. The place was spacious, clean and well managed. Everything was perfect until the last day of stay. In the evening time when I was in the kitchen, I opened a drawer with utensils to find,to my shock 2 small bugs running inside. I wish I never opened the drawer, because up to this point I was extremely happy with this rental. That's the only reason I can't give 5 stars.

Our family of four found this place just right. We wanted to spend a few days on the neighbor isle and were glad we found this place. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Free Wifi and parking were a major plus as all hotels these days charge a daily service fee.

My husband and I just returned from our Oct vacation. We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean (tub could use an update though) and in a laid back smaller association. The location was great with it being central to most activities on the island.
