Kamaole Sands #10-111 is a ground floor one bedroom two bath unit with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed internet service, room AC in the living room and the bedroom, and can sleep 4 people. Kamaole Sands #10-111 has the best location in the complex and is closet to the beach. This unit has a large flat-screen television in the living room, and a smaller flat-screen TV in the bedroom.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Great location, overall the main property is beautiful. Nice outside bbqs, pool and hot tubs.
The room needs updated and some deep cleaning. The air conditioner is pretty much a noise maker. Tried not to run it except for nighttime when we were not in the living room.
Has all the appliances you need and beach accessories, ie, chairs, cooler, basic snorkeling stuff, towels. So all that’s good.
You have a nice view of the fountains and also the ocean.

Had a great time our condo had free hula lessons which was great for everyone ,
Nice huge pool in the shaded area for the younger babies to toddlers
Beach location was literally right across the street , Beautiful water and lots of fish and amazing turtles,
The weather well obviously what can be said other than wonderful hot
Lastly watching the sun go down was an experience you just have too see for yourself,

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It had a great view of the ocean and the beautiful fountains. Access to the beach was close and easy. The pool was not our jam, too many kids and not enough lounge chairs. The inside of the condo was a little outdated, but very comfortable. We did not come to Maui to stay indoors. Would definitely recommend. The guest bathroom toilet did not work from the first day we arrived, but since there were only 2 of us we really did not need it.

The unit itself was a little older than expected, and we did have a leaky sink to deal with on day 1. But it was handled quickly and kindly. Perfect location right across from the beach. The hot tub was nice to have access to as well.

We stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. We just loved the location, so close to the beach! Also loved that it looks out over the fountains and gardens. Really love the ground level so that you can just walk out easily.
We would’ve liked to clean and do laundry more, however there were limited supplies to do so. Could use some updating but otherwise a great suite! We will for sure consider staying here again.

The property is in the center of South Kihei.. very close to the SHOPs at Wailea, a high end shopping center. The property is beach front which is very convenient and has three access point, two of which are gated and you're provided with access code. You have your own parking space. It is 5 minute drive to most fastfoods, Safeway, Longs where you can buy your needed stuff. Concierge is very helpful on setting up activities.... we had 4 activities set up and we were pleased we did so. If you set up a Luau, choose the one in Grand Wailea. The room is clean and most of what you need is provided. Bed is very airconditioning only ceiling fan in the room but the air conditioning from the living room is good enough.
The housekeeping could have sprayed some Lysol or Glade in the room closet where they keep their towels because it smelled like it was not opened for months. We had issue with the TV in the living room, its an old Westinghouse TV and the remote is not sync with Youtube/Netflex. After watching Youtube, it froze and we can't go back to the TV/Cable. Good thing there's a Samsung TV in the bedroom to follow Hurricane Flossie. Thankful for the chairs and the beach umbrella in the closet. We love the kitchen allowing us to cook our fav dish while on vacation.. Over all we enjoyed our stay and wished could have stayed more.

With the beach right across the street, we were out the door and there every morning. The unit feels pretty retro, but we were comfortable there. The bedroom is hard to get cooled down though. We didn't spend much time in the unit - too busy out at the beach. Best price we could find, and the best location too. The pool and hot tub are nice to go to in the evening too - the guy in charge of the pool is great!

This was our third stay at Kamole Sands & booking through Maui Rentals. Amazing company to book with, very easy, Great support. We absolutely love condo 10-111. It is in need of some Reno’s but over all for comfort and amenities we couldn’t have asked for more! Close proximity to the ocean, pool, BBQs, located right in front of the fountains with a large lanai on the lower level. Quiet suite, super comfortable bed and hideabed. Newer oven, microwave and carpeting in the living room and bedroom which is nice after so much walking in the sand. There is everything you need such as a vacuum, ironing board, iron, blender, griddle, toaser cleaning supplies, washer & dryer, a/c in the living room, fans, ceiling fans. This condo is not only amazingly priced but provides the best stay for our vacation!

Great spot to call home on our vacation. The unit was conveniently located on the ground floor so we could easily walk out to the garden and over to the beach. The unit was clean but we would have preferred hard floor surfaces rather than the wall to wall carpet in the living area and bedroom.

We've been to Maui before and chose above all by location. We wanted to have quick access to the waterfront path for walking, and to be able to go snorkelling at a good spot within minutes of walking out the door. This location in Kihei was excellent, right across from the Kamaole Beaches, where we swam over the sand and snorkelled over the rocks. The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and -- location again -- really good in being ground floor, with its patio giving onto lawns, gardens, and fountains.

Although we were out to see Maui everyday. We only come home at night to eat and sleep. The location is right in the middle of Maui. The condo is in great shape. We stayed for 5 days. We were able to drive to Mr. Haleakala, drove around the Road to Hana, snorkel at Molokini, visit the Aquarium, go to the beaches. It's all quite a drive but as mostly in Maui! Thank you so much.

This unit is right across from Kamoele Beach III - perfect location. Unit was neat and tidy. When we arrived the air con wasn't working - we called the management company and they put in a new one within days. Has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We will definitely try and stay there again on our next trip to Maui. Best Value; Best location (views of ocean, mountain and gorgeous grounds).

We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks over Spring Break. The condo is old and dated and could use a refresh, the closet door was broken as well. The beds were comfortable, and the unit has one of the larger patios, we could see the ocean when standing on the patio. The condo was the least expensive one I could find and so for our purposes it was great. I would stay there again.

We love this condo! It's our second year in a row staying in this unit. It's a very basic unit not much in frills and decor, but the view of fountains makes up for it all! It's clean and comfy! The one thing it does need is a TV in bedroom , you find in maui your tired early and it would be nice to have a TV in bedroom. Maybe a mop to wash floors! ??

This place was awesome. The only thing missing was a cooler and an umbrella. So if you stop at costco an umbrella is handy to have. Great location and the condo complex is beautiful.

We were very pleased how clean & beautiful our Condo was. We had a bad experience in July with a rental on Big Island so were very hesitant & worried.
We are definetly returning.
They had beach towels, chairs, & boogie boards for the beach. Which was right across the street. Walkibg distance. There was DVD movies, stereo to listen to Local music. Love chilling to the sounds of Hawaii. The Lanai was soacious with a beautiful view of sunset then the colorful Water Fountains.
Sofa bed was very comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Dish wasger, washer & dryer. I loved it was a secured area. Smoking areas far from Condos. Bbq picnic area was perfect for families. I just loved our 1st Maui trip. The price was right too.

This unit is not one of the better decorated or equipped but it was very adequate and a fantastic value. Good linens and the bed was comfortable. Hide-a-bed needs to be replaced, frame bent. No boogie boards. Carpet in living room had lots of stains. Air conditioner worked well. A real bonus!

Our family of 26 gathered for 2 weeks in Maui. All 6 of our units were in building 10. My condo had the best location, but was in need of the most updates and was short on kitchenware. It also had little in terms of beach items. As a whole we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. I would return again and appreciated the management and beautiful location and grounds of our property.

the place location is super we loved it very much. but the condo needs work the tiles in the bathrooms are awful the shower is not very clean and also needs work the kitchen cupboards were falling apart .we had a handyman to do some repairs .also the screens need work the furniture is good and the bed is great bedding etc all great, we also had a mouse, we would definetly comeback it was a super vacation

We really enjoyed staying in the Kamaole Sands. It worked perfectly for our family of two adults two kids ages 6 and 8. The location on the bottom floor was very convenient both for the kids and for us adults when going to the pool or to the barbeque area. Being able to borrow two boogie boards was an additional plus. Dive Goggles were broken, though, but that didn't bother us since we had our own gear.

We loved the condo we stayed at while in Maui. We only wish it could have been longer. I loved how close we were to the beach, the boys(13,15) were able to wake early and head over to boogie board on their own. It was a very relaxed environment with other tenants that were pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at a condo while visiting Hawaii. Hotels are too confining. We could come and go at our leisure and fix our own meals. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Overall, very pleased. It was a little noisy at times because of the close proximity to the elevator. Bathtub did not drain well. Shower floor finish in second bath was flaking.

Both Bathrooms were remodeled in June 2009
All the pros outweigh the minor cons. The unit is a outdated but is on par with other kihei rentals. The unit is clean, with internet, full cable, 2 big screen tvs. The pullout bed is lumpy but it’s “alright”. The bed is comfy, air mattress in the closet with with extra sheets, etc. Portable AC in bedroom, AC also in livingroom, ceiling fans and portable fans also. Bedroom is by the elevator but AC/fan drowns out noise, hardly noisy at this family resort anyway. I would stay here again, best value for small family
