Step into a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a quiet dishwasher and a French door fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. The unit also includes a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience, along with window air conditioners in both the living room and bedroom. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this unit
ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Relish in the luxury of two expansive, fully furnished lanais—one of which offers captivating ocean views a mere stroll from the beach. The primary bedroom features a California king bed and a newly renovated ensuite containing a beautifully tiled walk in shower, two vanity sinks a separate make up area and quartz countertop. The living room boasts a cozy sofa bed with an 8" pillow top. Off the hallway to the main living area is another fully renovated bathroom.

Kamaole Beach Park III is just across the street from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

I’ve stayed at Maui Kamaole many times in various different units. This was one of the best! Beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, nice furniture, including a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. And it’s close to the front of the complex so it’s just a short walk to the beach. Can’t beat it. And Rentals Maui did an excellent job managing it all. Mahalo!

We originally booked this condo since it was next to our family, who was next door. In the beginning we did not want to book it due to the photos online, but when we arrived we were very impressed at the upgrades. It is one of the most perfect condos we have rented on Maui. We were ecstatic about the amenities provided from snorkel gear, sand toys, boogie boards, and pool noodles. The showers, beds, and over all space was perfect. We slept comfortably and over all enjoyed our almost two week stay. They also accommodated us to come a day earlier due to flight change. We were very grateful for them to share their special condo with us and hope to book them again in the future. Mahalo for your amazing hospitality.

We have been vacationing in Maui for the last 5 years and always stay at Maui Kamaole. The location is perfect for us. Shopping, restaurants, beaches and golf are all just minutes away and the complex is safe, secure and always in perfect condition,
H-111 is very comfortable and in great shape. It has a fully stocked kitchen and everything you'll need to enjoy the beach including, towels, umbrellas, beach toys and bogie boards. We will definitely be reaching out to this unit for next years visit.

Rentals Maui has a great team, with good communication. Easy to work with. Highly recommended. We've stayed at Maui Kamaole many times over the years. H-111 is one of the best. Well-furnished and comfortable. Large lanai. Slight view of the ocean, but no street noise and no direct sunlight that forces front blinds and doors to be closed in afternoons (at least in the fall). Sunsets easily viewed from lawn. Good air circulation (we don't use AC unless it gets over 90). One review mentioned bed and pillows. Plenty of extra pillows. Softer bed could be an issue for those needing very firm mattress. We slept fine even though ours at home is quite a bit firmer. We hope this unit is available next time we come!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit, We have stayed in numerous units throughout this complex. The Unit was clean updated and well supplied. we enjoyed the quiet lanai and view. Check in and out could not be simpler. The husband would have enjoyed some Canadian hockey to watch..lol but other than that the unit was great. The complex is on the quiet side and they seem to have increased security and ask for room # at the pool in the evening. pool rules were extensive for child play in the pool, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. AS other have mentioned there are various stairs to each unit so if navigating stairs are a consideration, check in advance.

Everything was great with the condo. The location was perfect, condo was clean and comfortable.This our first time staying in a condo, it was better than staying a hotel. Me and family would definitely stay here again. The only minor bad thing was a bad odor coming from under the kitchen sink. The other thing i would recommend is replacing both window air conditioning units,it was loud and made it sometimes hard to sleep. I would recommend changing air conditioning to ductless splits a/c units. Their affordable quite and energy efficient.

This unit is very updated with modern amenities and appliances. Bathrooms are very clean, functional and remodeled. Kitchen is spacious and AC works really well to cool it down when it gets humid. Our unit was attractive, well-equipped and had a view of the mountain and the ocean, but the master bed was super-soft. Our solution was to remove the foam mattress from the sleeper sofa and put it on the MB floor. Not ideal, but it worked. Unfortunately the management company did not help us out on this.

I rented 3 units for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Of the 3 units, H-111 was the best.
The unit was very clean and very well equipped for our stay.
My wife and I stayed in H-111 and the rest of the family stayed in the other 2 units also in H block.
Th amount of seating, tables and eating utensils made it easy for the 10 of us to utilize H-111 as our dinner location and it was great to be on a ground floor location for the grand kids to roar around in the evening,

This is our 2nd stay at Maui Kamaole condos, and again,our stay was superb. The location is excellent: close enough to shops and rstaurants but far away emough to enjoy the tranquil setting. Great views, wonderful pool, and a very well stocked condo made for a perfect vacation. Everything gets a triple A rating in our book, but in particular the furnishings of the condo (furniture, dishware, pots and pans, beach chairs, and on and on) provided for a relaxing and wonderful stay. I have stayed at the Maui Kamaole complex 12 times now - I love it.
This is the first time I have stayed in this unit (H-111). Overall it was well appointed. However one main improvement would be to supply more of the basic needs. For example if I am staying for 10 days (and paying for 10 days), at least supply 10 dishwasher pods. This would be the same for the Washing machine too. I know you supply a "starter kit" but its tool lean. Just provide a bit more of the items needed (shampoo too). I really don't want to have to buy a full box of dish pods for an extra 3 loads.
Anyway, overall it was good.

Location was fantastic! Everything is pretty much walking or a short driving distance. We loved the supply of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. They really made the trip that much more enjoyable. The condo was very clean and appliances appear to be new, would recommend and stay again!

Great complex with two really nice pools. The unit we stayed in had all the beach gear we needed - boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The unit was modern and very comfortable beds and furniture. The only area was the two bathrooms could’ve used some updates but overall still fine. The location was easy walk to Kamaole 3 beach which was great for boogie boarding for my teen boys. Loved the easy check in process and no need to have keys (electronic codes) made it easy to go to the beach and not worry about losing keys.

What a great location. Easy access to all amenities. Whale watching from the lanai was a definite bonus. This unit is set up so well. There was nothing we desired beyond what was supplied. We will certainly rent this unit again! I have already recommended to a friend and they also loved their stay.

This place was perfect! Great views from the back patio with chickens eating breakfast with you every morning. We had plenty of space and there were grills around every corner. Do get me started on the pools! They were amazing one has the rock bottom jacuzzi and in the same area there was a waterfall that flowed into the pool. At night this place was quiet as a mouse and we were able to get good sleep every night. The location is perfect to walk to the beach within ten minutes. Each path is well lit with beautiful plants to look at on the way. Kihei is perfect because your half way from either side of the island and as you see other resorts driving through Wailea you don’t feel like your missing anything because your not sharing the aminities with 40 other people. This place is wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here if you want a safe. quiet enjoyable vacation in Maui. If you want to party go stay in Lahaina where the action is. Aloha and Mahalo.

When we arrived there was a water issue in the condo we were booked to stay in. They sent us to their main office where a new location was arranged and we were directed there. It was a small upgrade and the people we dealt with were extremely friendly so that our vacation continued with no mishaps.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Kamaole H111. Although it's not oceanfront, there was a nice view from the lanai for breakfast and sunset. There was more than enough space for us to spread out. The owners and/or previous guests left many extras (snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, sunscreen, razors, etc). It's a small walk to the beach and short drive to the main section of Kihei. The only real downside was that everything is pre-paid, which made us worried that if there had been any problems then we would not have had any leverage. Glad it all worked out though!

My husband and I had a great vacation in Maui. We stayed in North Maui the last time we vacationed in Maui. This time we stayed in South Maui and enjoyed the location on the south side much more. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants and happy hour. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. We will be back.

The suite was clean and comfy. Appliances were new and up to date. I really have nothing negative to say about it. It was well outfitted and had extras like spices, tin fold, and Tupperware containers. In fact the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was, and this is nothing to do about the suite, the rent was too high in my opinion. Get stay nothing wrong with the suite.

Our vacation at the Maui Kamaole was fantastic. The location was awesome, pretty much across from the Kamaole III beach. A very nice touch was the condo had all the beach accessories you needed, boggie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, beach bags, coolers etc. Property was well maintained and had very nice landscaping. Onsite pools were very nice after a day at the beach.

This was the first time we had stayed "outside" the center of Kehei and we really enjoyed it.The condo was "as advertised": spacious, clean and well-appointed.Our particular condo was ground floor but we did not have people walking in front and we did have a view of the ocean. The grounds were well maintained and the grounds staff was always friendly and courteous. We are fairly low_ maintenance couple but when we did have an issue with printing boarding passes, the staff at the office went out of their way to help. We discovered "Coconuts" at the Kamaole Mall as a great informal restaurant and we have always preferred Makena Beach as our no-kids go-to place.
Would definitely recommend this condo but please don't take our Jan-Feb time!

We love staying at Maui Kamaole whenever we visit Maui. Kihei is a great area and the condo is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and good restaurants. There is a partial view of the ocean from the lanai. Some of the best snorkeling and turtle viewing beaches are right across the street. H 111 was very clean and supplied with everything you might need for a day at the beach. We'll definitely return.

We loved our stay in H-111. The unit was well-stocked with essential kitchen tools, beach equipment, towels and linens etc. and was clean and not cluttered. The unit is one of the closest to the beach in comparison to other Maui Kamaole units and it was easy to walk down for a swim and fun in the sun with two young children. Other family members had a different unit and we all preferred H-111 - I highly recommend a stay in this unit!

We had a great time at this condo. It felt like home and had a peaceful and quiet energy. It's a great location for Kihei... One of the farthest south properties before Wailea. A couple suggestions which are trivial but could add to the guests experience is to get a better blender for smoothie making. What guest to the islands wouldn't want to ingest as much delicious tropical fruit as possible in their stay? Also the two boogie boards are broken and it would be nice to have adult snorkel fins along with the child fins that you hAve. But of course these are already added perks of this condo which I wouldn't necessarily expect! But all in all we were grateful to stay in your space and loved our time there.

We rented a one bedroom property, H-111 for a week, for a family of four (two kids age 7 & 4). The condo is very clean and well stocked. Everything you would need to live in and play is included! We especially liked the new beach chairs, the beach toys and the coolers that we could use to pack lunches for the beach and pool. My kids loved the main pool, we met so many other families there. We really liked the location: it was about 1/2 mile to Fred's restaurant and some shops (wish those were closer, our only "complaint") but the Kam III beach was even closer. We checked out several local beaches and there was always parking. I highly recommend this property both for the amenities, stunning views and location.

We just loved our stay at the Maui Kamaole. The condo unit was clean and decorated nicely, and the outdoor furniture was great to enjoy the beautiful view and surrounding plants and flowers. The bathrooms are a little outdated and dark but well maintained. One thing is that there were ants in the condo, but we've had this problem elsewhere in Hawaii and it just forces you to be careful with what you leave out and to keep the kitchen clean.
The condo complex was absolutely beautiful with a great pool area. Great location, a short walk into Kihei and close access to the Kamaole beach parks. We moved to Kaanapali later on in our trip and wished we had stayed here longer. Will definitely be back!
