Maui Vista #1-307 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (not hotel) with a great ocean view. Unit 1-307 is on the 3rd floor in the closest building to the beach. Just cross the road and you are on the world renowned Kamaole Beach 1 also known as Charlie Young's Beach. Whale watch, paddle board, walk miles of sandy beach and see the most magnificent sunsets imaginable.
Maui Vista #1-307 has a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is a washer and dryer, and split system air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, as well as ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a new queen bed and the living room has a new sofa bed for additional guests. The condo can sleep 4.
For those who need to stay in touch while on vacation, there is complimentary wireless internet service. For your enjoyment Maui Vista #1-307 also features a 51 inch Flat Screen Smart TV and a deluxe cable package.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Maui Vista has 3 pool areas for your enjoyment as well as 6 newly resurfaced tennis courts. There are also barbecue areas on the property for your use.

We have stayed in Maui Vista #1307 numerous times over the last 10 years because we like it so much. The location is good, it’s clean, well-maintained, etc. This year, however was a challenge. The combination of nearby road work being done, work on the building itself, and the noise from the constant stream of hopped-up cars and motorcycles (there ought to be a law...) and the booming music(?) blasting from cars traveling on South Kihei Road made peace and quiet virtually non-existent.

I liked the location, convient to access the beach. The view from the deck was lovely. I enjoyed the extras like lawn chairs, fins and fun noodles. The air conditioners were extremely loud (think sleeping next to a small aircraft) and so was the highway so it was difficult to sleep. The bed could use a new set of mattresses. Overall a nice place from which to enjoy the beach.

Another excellent trip to Maui, and enjoyed another two weeks at Maui Vista unit 1-307. We had one minor problem with a slow draining bath tub after using the shower, I went down the street to “Rentals Maui” and explained problem to Brittany and within 24 hours a plumber came by and fixed the problem. While there we decided to put down a deposit for 2023 trip, but unfortunately discovered that our unit was already booked for 2 months, but Brittany found us another unit down the hall in same building at Maui Vista .
For these two reasons i will always book through “Rentals Maui”, I was so happy to have a small problem resolved so quickly ( this would be much harder with VRBO, due to problem of finding owner and seeing if they are interested in fixing problem, Problems can happen and when you have ability to talk directly with rental company these problems tend to get resolved much quicker. Also booking with them is much easier to navigate then VRBO.
Many VRBO owners make it very difficult to determine what building their unit is in, and usually ask for more money upfront. The cancellation policies can be very different from owner to owner.
Rentals Maui is very clear with where each unit is located, usually 30 percent down for deposit, with final (only other) payment being 30 days before arrival. Their office is 2 blocks down the street, any problems just walk down to the office and someone there is always quick to help you out.

We love �� our rental. It was neat, clean, and full of Good Vibes. The view was gorgeous and the beach was right across the street. A lot of restaurants, groceries store and ABC Stores near by. Great location. The beaches are awesome for surfing and snorkeling. We were able to see a lot of sea turtles. Great town to stay in. Love Kihei and the locals there. Live and practice Aloha. This is our 9th time in Hawai’i and our 4th stay in Kihei. We loved the location of this very comfortable ant clean condo. We had a beautiful ocean view but the only negative for me was the pool location was right underneath our balcony and since I am a teacher I wanted a 10 day noise break from children (My husband did not mind) We are from CA and went to bed early and stayed on our time so I had to close the balcony door in the evenings.

My unit at the Maui Vista was as described and as the pictures showed. It was clean and everything worked. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit! It has a great view and I could see whales from the balcony! I would highly recommend this condo to others.

The rental is clean and modern. We had no issues with it. The bed is comfortable, the sofa bed is somewhat comfortable. We had to sleep on it a few nights with our toddler son.
The house is well stocked with what you need. Towels, toys for the kids, chairs, dishes and a new umbrella.
My only “complaint” would be the AC units are quite loud in comparison to some of the other places we have rented in Maui vista but atleast it cooled the place off!

We have a young son and stayed for 10 days. The location is ideal, we love being centrally located on the island and so close to the beach. Being on the third floor was great with have a view of the ocean and we didn’t mind take the stairs most of the time. We would for sure stay at this location again. The condo was clean and was very comfortable. The pull out bed has seen better days so I was glad that we didn’t have to sleep on that and I wish the A/C in the bedroom stayed on longer than 4 hours at night.

Maui Vista 1-307 is a very nice fully equipped beach condo. The kitchen has everything needed to make meals, the bedroom has a comfortable bed and sufficient storage. The unit includes cable, wi-fi, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and everything you will need for the beach (umbrella, chairs, towels, toys). The lanai overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean - very pleasant! The condo is well located in Kihei with easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, and beaches even if you don't have a car. The beach across the street is clean, spacious, safe, with nice sand and good snorkeling off the lava flows at either end of the beach. The property has strict rules and night security to ensure peace and quiet.
There are a couple of considerations that potential guests should be aware of about this condo. Firstly, while the unit affords a nice ocean view because it is located in the first building of the property, that means that it is also nearest to the street. If you sleep with the lanai door open for ventilation then you will hear traffic noise through the night. That noise is not so bad in the bedroom which is at the back of the unit, but very evident in the living room. We have found that street noise is not a factor in units located in the second building, the penalty is that you don't get the great view.
Also, while this unit is advertised as accomodating 4 people, the sofa bed in the living room has a worn mattress and is not particularly comfortable even for a sofa bed. Together with the street noise, our daughter found it difficult to get a good night's rest sleeping in the living room.
This is our second time renting through the Rentals Maui property manager. We have had no issues whatsoever dealing with them.
Overall, I have no hesitation recommending this unit for two people sleeping in the bedroom. However if you need to accomodate a third or fourth person then I would recommend that you look at what other option

We stayed at Maui Vista for one week in August 2019 and our first experience was just amazing ! The location of the unit is great . It is in Kihei so your are walking distance from a beautiful beach , shops and great restaurants. The unit was clean and well kept . The view from the balcony was just beautiful and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee there . The unit has beach chairs , towels , everything you might need to cook , dish soap and hand soap .The only thing that I would suggest is to add a safe ( especially for important documents such as passports) . We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Beautiful place !

I was extremely happy with Maui Vista unit #1-307. This unit is in building 1 making it closest to Kihei Road, but also closest to the ocean. You can walk across the street to Charlie Young beach with the provided beach chairs and cooler in hand. There is a boogie board too! This unit had everything I needed for the week I was there. A very comfortable bed and pillows. A full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Most important a coffee maker and refrigerator. I did not use the television although there is a large flat screen. I used the provided wi-fi. I also went to the pool a couple of times, using pool/beach towel provided. It’s a small pool, but there usually was only a couple other people in it. There are barbecue grills next to the tennis court for building 1. I’m not sure where they are for other buildings. I felt safe staying at MV by myself. There is onsite security present in the evening. I walked to local restaurants and the ABC Store (little market for essentials and souvenirs). There is onsite parking. Maui Vista is centrally located. I would definitely recommend this clean 1970’s renovated unit #1-307 with an ocean view. It’s on the 3rd floor which allows for a view and made me feel safer. There is also an elevator and a luggage cart which made it easy to haul luggage and groceries. The only downside was the a/c was a bit noisy, but the up side was that there was an a/c unit in the living room and bedroom.

We were impressed the minute that we walked into the condo. It is nicely decorated with a beach feel. All the spaces have been updated/ renovated. The linens were clean and bed comfortable. The AC in both the living area and bedroom are welcome. There is no phone in this unit and we have no US cell coverage so this was inconvenient and a safety issue for us. However, it is a great condo and a wonderful place to stay. We definitely recommend this condo 1-307 Maui Vista

This was our second stay at Maui Vista so we knew what to expect overall. Unit 1307 exceeded expectations. We loved having a sunset view. The photos accurately depict the unit. The addition of tall patio table & chairs was great. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach equipment was perfect. Couch could use update. I would find the unit small for more than 2 adults. Road noise was not a problem. We did not use AC; slept fine with fan only. I would definitely return.

The one gripe we have was that the bedroom was very hot and we could not figure out how to have the AC unit on throughout during the night. This unit was on a timer that kept having to be reset. This was not particularly conducive to restful sleep

The room is great! It comes equipped with everything, including stuff you need for the beach. The view of the beach/ocean from the room is beautiful. The location is really good for this area of the island. Entrance to a really nice beach is right across the street. Kitchen is great, and fully equipped. Fantastic Location, nicely updated and overall a great experience!
We had a couple of minor issues (stained towels, broken iron) that I'm sure will be worked out! The only thing not updated in the unit was the shower - it was awesome!

The unit was very relaxing w/ casual "Beach" decorations, ultra-convenient to the beach and Kihei attractions and had a great view of Maui Sunsets.

We loved our stay at Maui Vista #1-307! It was clean, spacious and the perfect location. The beach was right across the street, less than a 5 minute walk. The condo had beach umbrella, chairs and other goodies to use at the beach. The Lani had good seating and a great view. The pool was quiet and a great break from the beach. It was walking distance from places to eat and go and a short drive from other locations. My family had a blast and we do plan to return in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

I liked this property. The unit was clean and the proximity to a beautiful and safe beach was great. My only small complaint was the lanai was used for storage of extra patio chairs. These chairs along with the air conditioning unit and the regular patio table and chairs meant that the lanai could only be used by 2 people at a time and only if they sat at at the table.

The unit was wonderfully appointed and has a great location overlooking the pool with a view to the ocean. Best spot in the complex! I appreciate that we had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use. Thank you to the owner for being so thoughtful! The best part was the helpful tips we received from the concierge RW who was awesome. He gave us a map, some restaurant coupons and booked a van tour for the Road to Hana. The van tour was the best especially with Scott our driver and tour guide. Well worth the money so my hubby and I could relax as we took the very windy tour with over 600 turns to Hana. I highly recommend this unit to visitors along with a visit to RW for local tips. Loved it. So glad we stayed in Kihei as opposed to Lahaina which seemed more crowded. Also recommend the Luau at the Marriott in Wailea. One of our best vacations yet!

Maui Vista 1-307 was perfect for our 9 night visit. The unit was one of the cleanest VRBO units we've stayed in. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and the best beach access. We watched many sunsets across the street at Charley Young Beach, using the beach chairs from the room. Great pool too. The recently updated Condo was tastefully decorated, and the supplies were well thought out. Check-in and out was easy. We knew where to go if we had any problems (which we did not). Loved the keypad entry instead of having a key to carry around. Layout and amenities were as described. Easy access to shopping, dining, and activities. The air conditioner and fans were nice to have. Great table and chairs on the lanai. We plan on trying to get the same unit for our next trip. Would highly recommend this unit and Maui Vista in general, to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The condo was clean and updated. The walk to the beach took us less than a minute. The pool was heated and wonderful. The only drawback was that the air conditioner was broken in the bedroom and it would have been unbearable if it weren't for the fans cross ventilation. Other than that. It was a great place. I will come back.

We have shopped around Bldg 1 of Maui Vista for the past few years looking for a condo to which we'd like to return; this condo fit the bill...almost. The only important thing lacking was the set-up on the lanai; there was no table for a relaxing meal or card games, etc. We mentioned this to the agent/owner and were assured that if we returned, there would be a card table available.
We were pleasantly surprised to return in April to find a very nice bar-height table and chair setup in place on the lanai (along with many deco updates!) It was perfect for our needs. This is now certainly our "go to" condo. We have again reserved it for April 2017 and are more grateful to the owner for listening to and responding to feedback from customers.

My wife and I stayed 18 nights in the #1-307 condo at Maui Vista in Kihei and it was one of the best vacations we have ever had.
This condo was beautiful, clean and had everything that you have at home. The complex had BBQ's which were a terrific.
We had a short walk to the beach; we didn't need to rent a car b/c grocery stores, restaurants,and shopping centers were all within walking distance.
The view was spectacular especially at sunset.

We stayed here for 7 nights in November 2015 and LOVED it. The location is perfect, directly across from the north end of charley young beach, and walking distance to groceries, a surf spot for small waves (the cove), restaurants, and shops.
The condo was beautiful, loved the decor. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the pull out couch not so much but that's pretty common for pullouts.
The view is lovely, and we really enjoyed the pool. Communication for check in and check out was 10/10.
My husband said he wants to stay here again next time but I have one complaint that might prevent me from returning which is that the kitchen pots and utensils need updating. The pots were rusty, so we didn't really feel great using them, and some important utensils were missing, like a vegetable peeler and cheese grater. We did almost all our own cooking so this was a bit of a pain.
All in all, a great rental that I hope we'll return to in the future.

The condo was very clean when we showed up and stocked with everything you could practically need for your stay, even beach toys and beach chairs. It sleeps 4 people extremely well and everything was so modern. My family and I felt very comfortable and it was like being home. We will definitely be renting it every year from now on. Oh and by the way the view of the beach is fantastic!!! It's right across the street!

This property is a great deal: clean, great location, and very quiet. There are a lot of small things that are provided, so you don't have to run to the store every time.

Really enjoyed the layout and amenities of the accommodations found in 1-307, other than there should be some type of table for serving/lounging on the balcony. Maui Vista is the perfect location, with Charlie Young Beach only 1/2 a block away and most shopping/tourist attractions within 5-30 minutes away. We'll be back again next year and would enjoy spending it again at Maui Vista.

Newly renovated condo so everything nice and fresh; great location in Kihei with lots of parking and easy access within walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Owner provided lots of extra towels, linens and beach chairs, etc. Nice layout.

... "The" Place we had at "The" Maui Vista site was GREAT!
...couple "features" we liked =
B-B-Q area for "Grilling" (VERY Nice / clean / well kept and easy access- Fully functional)
"Complex" across the Street from "Charlie Young, Beach Access" - WOW, whatta a GREAT beach setting!
"The" Condo... Bldg #1, Unit 307 ... simply SUPER: kitchen well-fitted, Bed with "pillow-top" mattress "comfy", Big flat-screen TV with cable.
Also, "The" Staff at the "support" / admin. Office were VERY NICE / Helpful / and responsive to questions and help!
OK - one negative observation:
Bldg / Complex was "older" [ BUT MUST hasten to say: VERY well-kept AND Maintained - clean, etc....]
but, "The" Unit did not have "Central A/C" and even though the "Window mounted and in-bedroom" Units were functioning adaquately and effectively, they did operate with a measure of noise or abiding background sound.
OH Yeah... one input about Maui - that maybe "The" Property Mgmt / Owners, etc. potentially CAN express to "The" Isalnd Autorities: the way "The" Sugar-Cane Facotry / Operators "BURN" / incinorate IS COMPLETELY UNacceptable AND, causes MUCH UNattractive Pollution in-and-about "The" Lsland Community!
