Maui Vista #2-423 is a fully renovated 2 Bed 2 Bath unit with a tropical garden view. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Long distance calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included. Maui Vista #2-423 is beautifully furnished, with TVs in each room, and can sleep up to 4 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street from the famous Kamaole Beach and is 100 yards from Charley Young's Beach. Enjoy miles of sandy beach, snorkeling, surfing and stand-up paddle boarding a short walk away. These beaches have lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, and gas grills for your use. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE: A nearby hotel will be under expansion/construction beginning March 2022 and is expected to be completed by April 2024. Construction-related noise may occur during this time frame and may be heard in certain areas of this complex. Work will take place Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Additionally, road reconstruction work will be ongoing until Spring 2023. Guests will be able to come and go from the condo; however, expect delays due to detours during daytime working hours. **

We booked this unit for 10 days in December 2022 to attend a family wedding. Lots of the guests booked at this complex, and this was by far the nicest unit of them all! Updated, clean, and well-maintained. The complex is conveniently located just steps from the Charley Young beach, and many other shops and restaurants. 20 minutes to the airport, Target, Walmart and Costco - to stock up on groceries and everything you need for your stay! The room is equipped with towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. My only recommendation would be a small cooler to bring to the beach to keep drinks and snacks cool. Perhaps some sand toys for little ones (but not a biggie at all). All in all it was a lovely stay at Maui Vista 2-423 and we will definitely recommend this property to others! We hope to be back in the near future.

We decided to try a new unit in the facility. We were happy with the unit and layout as it was similar to the other 2 bedroom we rented. However, it did lack some amenities the other place offered. It would be nice if they had a cooler and beach bag to use. More hooks on the lani for drying swim suits and towels would be handy. As well as some basic condiments - I would have no problem replacing condiments or other items used but to have to buy all of that is a large cost for traveling when other condos provided this.

Great location. Pictures are accurate. Full kitchen with some condiments available. Close to the beach and food. The inside bedroom and the living room have an AC unit each. The loft does not but there's a ceiling fan and a stand up fan as well. We would love to stay here again if we were to come back to Maui.

This was a perfect home base for our stay in Maui. We were there for a friends wedding and to then vacation afterwards. Easy drive from OGG airport, walking distance to everything in Kihei and with easy access to the ocean. The rental was very clean and easy to check in and out of.

Was a great stay with everything we needed. Very close to our favorite beach on Maui. Very nice having a seperate room for the kids and a loft for the adults. Only issues were a few broken things like the main bathroom toilet. Rental company came in once to fix it but didn't so we had to lift the top off everytime and flush manually. Not a deal breaker, would still stay again.

This is a perfect spot. Right off Kam 1 beach with good sunset views. Can walk to most shops/bars/restaurants in Kihei. The condo came with four beach chairs. No complaints at all love this condo. Id move tomorrow if I could.

Le condo était ultra propre, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Chaises de plage, serviettes de plage et parasol inclus. Très bien insonorisé.Les matelas sont de grande qualité,la climatisation fonctionne super bien.Piscine et jardins très bien entretenus. Pas de fourmis ou autre insecte. Our stay was very comfortable in 2 king beds, and choice between fans and a/c. The complex was quiet and relaxing with easy access to pool (never crowded) and beach (great swimming in the waves). There is a partial view of ocean and palms as well as parking lot (which was surprisingly quiet). Centrally located to explore Kihei and surrounding areas. Aquarium is a 20 min drive at most, so glad we went. Lots of restaurants, shops, beaches in walking distance.
Our child was sick and we were able to find a medical clinic 5 minutes away. (Appointment was quick, easy and pharmacy was around corner for medication). You can't beat the sunsets and sunset swims at Charley Young Beach, across the road. Overall we were pleased and would recommend and return again! Mahalo!

This condo is a short (5 minutes) walk to Charley Young Beach. We saw turtles when snorkelling off this beach. There were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. Some snorkelling gear and boogie boards would have been nice. The condo is on the top floor and away from the main road so very quiet. Nice view from the lanai. Kitchen was great, a larger pot for cooking pasta would have been nice. The loft room with it's own bathroom was perfect for the teenager. Maui Vista is walking distant to shops, restaurants and many beaches. Overall a great condo. Would stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described - there was no bait and switch. Everything was clean and well maintained. Instructions for everything were very well done and left nothing to the imagination. The only thing that wasn't described was where to drop the recyclables and what can and cannot be recycled. Complex was quite, peaceful and very restful. Location was fantastic - close to beach and easy drive to everything. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Maui vista is the perfect location in Kihei! The condo itself was sufficient for what we needed it for. It came with beach chairs which were a huge plus even though they weren’t in The greatest shape. Some type of rug to help wipe off the sand when u walk in would be beneficial but otherwise we had no complaints

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to review 2-423. New beach chairs have been purchased and placed in the condo. Maui Vista does offer a sand wash off station at each building. We will also make sure there is a mat at the front entry to wipe off any excess sand.

Maui Vista was easy to booked, questions were quickly answer via email, check out through app. Ac is not central, it is wall unit in the living room and a portable unit in the bedroom downstairs. No Ac in the loft but if the ac in the living room if left on it does cool down the place. Lovely décor. Garbage disposal was not working well. Very nice condo. Very well kept. The kitchen was fully loaded, with pots and pans, utensils, etc. We left a lot of left overs (Asian spices, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc) so hopefully the next guest will be able to use them.

It is hard for me to describe the condo without sounding like I own the place. It felt like home the minute I walked in the door or like the contractor that built the place had just finished building it. Everything was spotless and looked like brand new. It felt very homey after coming back to it after a day of sightseeing. Only plus I could suggest would be to have directions on how to use the remote controls for the TV sets in the condo. Trivial to say the least. Loved the place and want to come back to live in it for good.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. It was as lovely as the last time. Two small things though, the liquid hand soap was mostly empty in both bathrooms and the laundry detergent had barely enough soap for one load of laundry. Other than these minor inconveniences we had a great time and great stay. We are looking forward to next year's stay in the same place.

We brought our two granddaughters who just graduated from high school to Maui for a 6 night stay. This was the perfect place to stay and so economical. The loft with a king size bed with their own bathroom was perfect. Our bed slept so good too and having the additional air conditioner in our room made for a great night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for 4 people. A short walk across the road to a nice beach and several other beaches nearby. We loved it!

I’ve stayed at Maui Vista before. Just love the location. Close to Charlie Young beach and it has 3 pools on the property. You can walk to restaurants and shopping from there. One of my favorites is Coconuts and they now have two locations. The condo had everything you would need and was well maintained. Would stay there again. Thanks for helping make my vacation wonderful.

Everything was perfect with this rental property. The location was awesome, the condo itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. The property comes equipped with beach chairs, bath and beach towels, an umbrella for the beach and some snorkeling gear as well! There is a grill area located very close to the unit, and the pool was a nice refresher. We never got on the tennis courts, but the unit had 2 racquets and some balls for our use as well. There is a great beach right across the street that was not very crowded. I give this place 5 stars, you will not be disappointed!

Our family of four- 2 kids aged 11 and 8, had a fantastic time. The tennis courts were clean and fun to play. We always had a court to play on, busy times 8-10am. The condo was clean, and had ample cooking supplies. It was great to use the beach towels, chairs and umbrella. It would have been useful to have boogie boards to use. Thank you we had a blast, our only complaint is that we wished we stayed longer.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Maui Vista 2 bedroom unit. The entire unit was nicely renovated and decorated. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans enabled us to keep the temperature moderate. Kudos to the cleaning staff who made sure the unit was clean for our arrival. Appreciated beach chairs, beach towels. Beach umbrella was broken. Would be nice to have boogie boards.

Our stay at Maui Vista was just as we expected. The condo was clean and had everything that we could want(and more). The arrangements were quick and painless. The Charlie Young Beach is directly across the road and it was one of our favorite Maui beaches. The ONLY negative feedback that i have is that they don't have a hot tub (I realize that i should have asked specifically). This might not discourage a lot of people but our group would have enjoyed one when the pool was too cold to swim in. Also, there was a plugged toilet in the upstairs bathroom but i'm sure it can be easily fixed. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends that don't care if there's a hot tub.
