Nicely furnished with plenty of kitchen accessories (even had a crock pot) Unit was very clean, lots of beach accessories in the closet along with plenty of beach towels. Would've liked an earlier check in time than 4:00

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in 1005. the unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our lanai. It’s a very walkable location (for shopping and dining).

We have stayed in the Wailea area a few times, but this was the first at The Palms. We really loved the complex, the pool area, landscaping, the location and the fantastic views from our unit. We spent all of our time on the lanai, which is large and has multiple seating areas and a nice BBQ. I don't think I sat in the living room once! The unit (1005) is large and a great private location. The bed was comfy, good showers, there were plenty of towels. It is a little on the skimpy side for amenities, a very small bar of soap in each bath, no shampoo etc like you usually get in these kind of rentals. The kitchen is also not overly stocked, but we got by. The place could use a refresh, but it's a good rental. Overall, the view and location is everything and we loved that. We are already looking to rebook it for next year.

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, one bedroom condo. The location is great. The balcony is huge and has a beautiful view. We loved swimming in the pool which is almost too warm. The unit only has air-conditioning in the bedroom which keeps it very cool. There were a few housekeeping/repairs that we reported to management and hopefully they will be fixed.

I loved everything about this property however things that were on a track ( windows, sliding glass doors, closet doors ) need a big dose of WD 40. I also had to replace the batteries for both TV remotes I realize these are small things, just annoying.
I have lived in this area for well over a decade and have seen many units over the years. This rental has a beautiful floorplan, layout, Viiu, and lanai area.
I highly recommend it.
I would not hesitate to stay again in this exact rental.

This unit was spotless when we arrived and situated perfectly in the complex. It is a spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom, 2 bath with a large lanai that provides an ocean view and beautiful sunsets. The home was also very well equipped. It felt like a home away from home and my wife and I will be returning soon. Our kudos to the owners and the management company.

The entry was seamless. You get a code and you're in. We found the condo to be clean but a little dated. The screens didn't roll on the runners. One night the wind was blowing and one screen fell. The kitchen smelled and the washing machine made a weird electrical noise. You are at least a 15 minute walk to the beach. The grounds are very nice. The town, Wailea, is upscale and beautiful. It's very close to the Shops at Wailea.

My wife and I stayed at 1005 again this year for the month of October 2017. As usual, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is a very beautiful one bedroom condo with aw-some ocean views. It is a little tired and could use some updating but other than that is a great unit.

We had a very enjoyable experience in unit 1005 at the Palms at Wailea. The unit is perfect for us since we did not have any guests during our stay. This was our 15th year at the Palms. We keep coming back because we like the location (less busy than the north end of the island).

The condo is in a beautiful location and the view from the lanai is splendid. We enjoyed many hours on the lanai during our stay just relaxing and enjoying the view. We had some issues with the dishwasher but Rentals Maui was very responsive to my fix it requests. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Overall I would definitely return to stay at #1005 again.

We have stayed at The Palms many times before however this is our favorite unit. The location and view make it an ideal place to relax on the lanai. The unit is well-equipped and very clean. Our only concern was the wifi was spotty on occasion and it seemed like each day a new light bulb burned out with no replacements available. We look forward to returning here in the future.

Nice Unit in Palms at wailea...Layout made unit seem bigger than normal....Great views from lanal across garden, trees, and out to water...Great unit for extended stays....well eqipped with lots of extras (boogie boards,et al.)....Would highly recommend and would use again if available.....

We absolutely loved staying here! What a pleasure to open the curtains every morning to that stupendous, panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees from the spacious lanai. It was an extremely quiet, restful place to vacation. The only sounds were from the birds and the sprinklers. It was very well equipped -- everything from beach umbrellas and chairs, to boogie boards and coolers. The kitchen was modern and contained everything we needed. I loved having the water/ice dispenser on the frig. Some of the decor is a bit dated but that didn't bother us in the least. The condo was so spacious and comfortable for the 2 of us. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We had 2 requests of the management company and they were attended to within the day.

Our family (son & d-i-l) and daughter, grandaughter & s-i-l) stayed in 1101 and 1005. had a great time and the property was terrific. A couple of minor maintenance issues were handles quickly and effetively. We would recommend the property to anyone else and would gladly go back again ourselves.

We stayed in this unit for 8 days in February. We would rent it again. Minor complaints such as burned out light bulbs but nothing major. It's probably time to paint and get new sheets. Particularly enjoyed the view from the lanai and living room. The very large L-shaped lanai had a beautiful panoramic view. A major asset to this unit is having your own private propane BBQ on the lanai. It was great to have access to beach equipment and coolers.

This unit was very nice. I would suggest getting rid of the carpet and put tile in. The wall decorations are a bit dated. The patio and views were very nice! Bed very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Wailea. The property manager was very organized and provided instructions and assistance via email and in writing at the condo location. The condo itself was pleasant, the lanai was fantastic with a good view, an excellent grill. It made for one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in years. I highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful condo, well equipped and lovely. The lanai has a gorgeous territorial and distant ocean view. It is in a quiet and peaceful location within the Palms complex....a very classy development. In every way, this rental provides an excellent value for a memorable vacation experience.

Excellent Location and views! Apartment needs some minor maintenance. One of the screen doors will not stay on the rails. Overall a good experience. Property Managers are GREAT to work with and helped us get in quickly and extend our stay. We've dealt with them in the past and they have always been friendly and professional. It's hard not to enjoy your stay on Maui!
