Welcome to my sunny South Maui Paradise! Wailea Ekahi #45-F is a second-floor condo has fantastic ocean and garden views and is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation. Keawakapu Beach is just a short walk away through beautifully manicured tropical gardens, fantastic snorkeling and world-class golf are just a few of the treats that await you.

Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

The condo is extremely well equipped creating the ideal environment for your dream Hawaiian holiday. The kitchen has everything you might need for gourmet cooking and the vaulted ceilings in the living area give the space a bright, spacious and airy feel. The split system air conditioning cools the living spaces throughout the condo. The private lanai, with dining for 4, is the perfect place to enjoy quiet and peaceful mornings or the beautiful Maui sunsets.

I have stocked the unit with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear, and boogie boards, to help make your beach-time as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

The condo is located in Wailea Ekahi Village, a wonderful 35-acre beachfront complex with amazing tropical gardens throughout.  It is in the northern part of Wailea and is walking distance to all the major Wailea resorts and the Shops at Wailea. The world-class Keawakapu Beach is a 6 minute walk through the Village grounds to your private beach entrance. The Village has a fantastic beachside pool and pavilion that is equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ grills, and more free WIFI!  There are also three smaller pools in the Village, including one only steps away from this unit.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Beach Pavilion has completed the majority of the renovation project as of February 7, 2020. The project is anticipated to be fully complete by March 3, 2020. Work can be performed Mon – Sat, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Areas in process for completion are Solar Panels, BBQ Countertops, Stone caps around the columns, Men’s & Women’s shower floors and partitions, Gates/railings and the Main walkway entry. During this period the main pool will be open; however, access to the pool will be redirected. Up-scale portable restrooms will be available at the pool area. No running water or ice will be available. There may be limited times when the Pavilion will need to be closed for safety reasons. THE THREE OTHER POOLS WILL BE OPEN. Beach access will be available through the existing gate.**

The process of renting this condo was very smooth, as we received all of the relevant information in advance of our stay. The condo itself is absolutely fantastic. We could not have asked for anything more. We loved the location. Although it wasn't on the beach, it had beautiful ocean views (and sunset views) and it was right by the main (but not heavily used) road leading into the various Wailea developments, which meant quick trips, either by foot or in a car. You could also walk down the beautifully landscaped Ekahi development to the beach in front (I'd say it's about a 10 minute walk) or walk the same amount to Ulua Beach (a bit to the south) by just walking on Wailea Alanui Drive and then turning right where the beach parking entrance is (we were there early November and found that there was always parking if one wants to drive). Ulua Beach has great snorkeling on the northern side immediately as you enter the water. There are of course beach after beach all along the Wailea shore, all of which are beautiful. There is a gorgeous beach walking path (paved) all along the shore, but the easiest way to access it is NOT by going through Ekahi development to the beach, since the path doesn't begin until a bit further south. Best way to get to it is to walk to Ulua Beach as I explained above, and get on the path. In total from this condo, it will be about a 4 mile beautiful walk round trip. The condo itself is very close to one of several pools in the resort. Wifi worked great. The decor is lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. It's a quick 12-15 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea (or a 2 minute drive). The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The condo had everything you could want in terms of going to the beach--chairs, towels, umbrella, even a bunch of snorkeling gear. In short, the owner is fully aware of the needs of those who stay at his lovely home. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Mahalo!

This condo is so graciously and generously appointed that you feel like you’re staying in someone’s home. The location is very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. it’s difficult to say how it could have been better.
