Kamaole Sands #4-105 is a ground floor 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a garden view. It has room unit air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two flat-screen TVs, free wifi, and telephone service. Apple TV is available (requires user account). There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. For outdoor enjoyment,Kamaole Sands #4-105 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, snorkel gear, and tennis rackets.

Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

This was a great vacation spot. Our unit was very well situated, both in the complex (loved the ground floor back of complex location) and in the town. Wonderful beach just across the street. The rental had everything we needed, in the kitchen and first class equipment for the beach. And a very comfortable king size bed. Two bathrooms was an added touch, as was the washer and dryer. We will be back.

We loved the condo so much. It was very clean and well finished. The location was 5 min walk from a great beach and the lanai faced the natural fence that gave a lot of privacy.

Clean ground floor condo with well stocked kitchen (including spice rack), private lanai where I enjoyed breakfast each morning, reasonably comfortable sofa bed, and a handy washer and dryer. Bathrooms are a bit small, but nice to have two of them. No central air, but living room and bedroom both have AC units. A short walk to Kam 3 beach and plenty of beach items are supplied. A nice place to stay on Maui. We saw a large sea turtle come up on the beach our last day there.
If you go, when you use Google maps for Kamaole Sands to check in, it takes you to the back gated entrance which must have a code. Be sure to begin at the FRONT entrance on S Kihei Road.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when we got there but the condo was awesome. Very clean and had more then enough supplies(laundry soap, dish soap, towels ect.) The beds were very comfortable and the condo was perfect for our family of 4.

Loved it! Kamaole Sands is picturesque. We are coming back and have chosen the same room. The room had everything we needed. We did lots of water excursions. Whales were everywhere. Water was a little chilly for snorkeling but fun anyway.

Ladies Dream Trip to Maui!! Perfect condo for us. I enjoyed the king size bed in the beautiful bedroom and my friend set up in the living room. One of the reasons we choose this condo was for the couch with the comfortable queen size bed, which my friend slept very well on for our 10 night visit. Having 2 full bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The washer and dryer were great to keep the bathing suits cleaned up. The condo is very beautifully decorated, super clean and fully stocked. Nothing was missing. We loved the picnic cooler, ice pack and plastic storage containers. Used them every day whether heading to the beach or on a full day road trip (Hana). Loved the privacy on this back corner unit. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the comfortable lanai. Safe and quiet!
The resort itself is incredibly well maintained and secure. The grounds are super clean and the lush gardens are beautiful. Loved the location of this resort in beautiful South Kihei. Short walk to spectacular beach!

This condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. The complex grounds were beautiful, the pool was inviting and the mai tai party was lots of fun. The location was super with a short drive to lots of restaurants and a pretty beach across the street. You can’t go wrong staying here.

This condo had all of the ammenities that we needed throughout our stay. It was great to come in after a long day of traveling to condonsto ked with the basics like soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, not to mention a closet full of beach toys to use on the beach (chairs, boogie boards, buckets and toys for the kids). The beds were super comfortable - even the kids on the hid-a-bed slept great! The location was perfect for privacy and easy access for the yard, BBQ's, and the fabulous pool!

Lovely refurbished unit in a quiet area at the back of the complex which suited us. Unit was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils. Communal BBQ area was clean and tidy.
We had a minor maintenance issue which required us to call Maui rentals and I only mention this because they were really responsive and helpful.
We had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

This is in a quiet corner of a big Condo resort. While it doesn’t have a view, this place was wonderful. Directly across the street from a park and beach...we walked our chairs to watch the sunset every night. We liked the privacy of this location...and walkable to food, beaches, shopping. The entire condo is upgraded and having the washer and dryer was great. It was lovely! The owner has thought of everything from detergent to beach chairs & boogie boards (do bring your own shampoo!)

The unit was conveniently located on the ground floor with more than you can wish for amenities. Fully renovated and newly furnished. This suite was perfect for our two week vacation in Maui. It is across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops.

Good location, clean and reasonably priced.
Wished there were bbq's for each unit instead of doing the communal bbq.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I'm happy that it was an excellent one and that you found the unit very accomodating. We do supply a starter pack of certain toiletry items to get you "started" for most guest it's suitable for about a week stay; after that our guests are responsible for getting what they need. We also wish we could have a private BBQ but the fire code prevents individual units of this size from having them, in fact there are only about 2-3 complexes in all of Kihei/Wailea that are allowed to have them per the code. Your security deposit was refunded 3 days after your stay, once we confirmed there was no damage. I'd recommend double checking your account to verify. Again, thank you for the great review. We hope to see you again!

This condo was great for our week long Kehei holiday as a couple. The best condo we've stayed in so far in Kehei. Clean/spotless, new and updated appearance with extra touches for ambiance, spacious, more than adequate kitchen supplies, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler to take to the beach or pool, etc. 2 bathrooms and a comfy pull-out in the living room if needed for a family. Ceiling fans as well as A/C in the main area as well as the bedroom. Great to arrive and have extra laundry detergent pods, dishwasher soap, and full size bathroom soaps to save a trip to the store for supplies. On the back-side of the complex but nice and quiet with a peaceful lanai with comfy lounge furniture, extending onto a green lawn.
Right across from Kamaole 3. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants nearby. In the Kamaole Sands condo complex with a nice big pool and always a pool lounger/chair available. There's a little canteen by the pools for lunch basics and shave ice open til 2 pm. Well manicured grounds with fountains at the complex, lots of Weber BBQs in different areas if needed.
Overall a great place to stay, would stay here again next time and just as advertised in the advertisement!

Our stay in this apartment was excellent. There was a couple minor calls but were repaired within a few was very easy to find and we were very impressed with the unit as soon as we walked through the door. I would recommend this unit to anyone you will not be disappointed, the room was very clean and we had no problems at all with any insects or bugs.We would definitely book this unit again the next time we return to Maui.
Condo was very clean and the property well taken cared of!
